Delivery & Shipping

Standard UK Shipping: Please allow 7-14 business days to receive your order or 2-3 days for ready to ship items. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Items are sent via Royal Mail/Evri (excluding delivery Sundays and bank holidays)

International Shipping: For international shipping please allow 10-17 business days.

 

• All times frames are estimates - there may be occasions where orders are delayed however please understand that circumstances like this are out of our control.

• Please note- Khandy Hair will not be held responsible for lost, damaged or misplaced items by a third party

• We do not ship to PO boxes 

• Cancellations - Once orders are placed your are able to cancel your order up to 48 hours. After 48 hours from placing your order we are unable to cancel.
